All LABC qualifications, learning, training and CPD materials, the LABC QualityManagement System, ISO Manual, process flowcharts, building control development programmes, guidance, publications, content, technical and commercial know-how, specifications, inventions, processes, initiatives, materials, delivery and learning product names are owned by District Surveyors Association Ltd trading as LABC and are the undisputed intellectual property and copyright of LABC. LABC intellectual property should not be distributed or shared by any third party, employee, associate, partner, agent, consultant or subcontractor without the express permission of LABC. Use of any LABC intellectual property by any trainer, teacher, coach or third party for instruction and presentation covered by this condition and the express use of LABC is required. This includes any reproduction by copying content, scanning, retyping, photography and screenshots whether done electronically or manually.
