This practical, interactive half-day CPD course is designed for construction professionals who want to understand how to prepare and submit a building regulation application to the Local Authority that is more likely to be accepted without delay or the need for resubmission. The workshop will walk participants through the steps required to submit a compliant and well-prepared application, focusing on best practices, common pitfalls, and how to ensure that applications meet local authority requirements from the outset. Attendees will also gain insight into how the building regulation approval process works and how to effectively liaise with local authorities to prevent costly delays.

CPD: This course counts for 3 hours CPD.

Cost: £85+VAT

Platform: This course will be held via Zoom and will run for 3.5 hours including time for breaks.
